Kopf versus Bauch. Ich denke, das trifft es. Ein Problem, das auf alle (Lebens-)bereiche zutrifft. Handelt man Kopf vs. Bauch funktioniert es nicht dauerhaft. Kopf und Bauch in Einklang bringen, ist der Schlüssel. Was sich so einfach anh?rt, fast schon trivial, ist in der Realit?t schwer umzusetzen. Warum?
