1stly we must have complete record of annual maintenance when required so we must ready to complete that task before time line or as tenant asked for maintenance. when there is urgency we can valuate time required to complete the task within time line if its realistic and manageable within scope of work so we will try to ensure their needs met within budget and on time. we also have to ensure full communication so tenant also have realistic time required for maintenance. and we can share a maintenance plan asap.
