My approach to this will be to acknowledge the question. Shed light on the part of the question you know and give a commitment to get back with the correct answer. Another approach is to take the contact of the requester for further conversation. I may also request the opinion of other facilitators or even participants. I strongly believe that facilitators are not islands, our strength is in leading conversations and finding answers.
