Gemeinsame Ziele fokussieren: Indem ich an gemeinsame Ziele erinnere, lenke ich den Fokus auf Zusammenarbeit. 5. Sometimes we absorb others energy and feeling, so first step, is it you are you contributing to the tension? what can you do? if it is not you, be kind, ask your team members if they are ok? you cant force people to air things if they are not ready to. If they choose to engage with you ask them how you can help or what the issue is. Depending on what is the cause you will have to make a decision if this is something to resolve between people or a bigger issue that needs reviewing as a department or even with HR. There is no simple A to Z guide to calming and fixing issues, just go gently and with kindness into a conversation.
