This is very normal in science with ups and downs in team performance. I follow these strategies to keep up the morales: 1. Celebrate every small to small success. 2. Always tell them- You are doing great job, keep it up! 3. I develop both trust and confidence in them. 4. I tell them- I am behind you, don’t worry! Mistakes are for adventure towards new learning. 5. I give them hope ! 6. I motivate my team to update knowledge and learn new skills so that they feel secure and confident for future. 7. That’s why my team had never underperformed ! This word does not exist in my dictionary.

I believe every team goes through this phase. As a team we see ups and downs with time, the onIy advise to my team is to stay focused keep doing the basics. Any damage can be controlled if we know roots of our business. Even a small appreciation motivates an employee to move the needle in the right direction.

I promote open communication with an open-door policy and regular feedback sessions. I set clear, measurable goals, breaking them into smaller tasks and celebrating wins. I ensure the team has the necessary resources, acknowledge their efforts, and promote work-life balance. I lead by example with positivity and empathy, offering continuous, actionable feedback and encouraging two-way communication for constant improvement.
