When facing conflicts, I first create an open environment where team members can express their concerns. By holding one on mone meetings to understand individual perspectives and then facilitate group discussions focused on the issue, not personal differences. I remind everyone of our shared goals and DoD, and use retrospectives for continuous feedback. In one of my experiences, developers and testers disagreed on defect severity. I guided them in clarifying the acceptance criteria and aligning on a common understanding, ultimately improving our testing process.
