Proper communication on the user impact including exact time for execution, plan of roll back,UAT etc. Also made them aware of the risk of not doing it.Time to time communication during the upgrade and final communication after testing

Having a successful collaboration with stakeholders, especially the demanding ones, is essential for the success of your project, several techniques shown below can help on this regard:- - Prioritize your stakeholders - Keep them in the loop - Actively engage stakeholders - Listen to them - Explain the why - Ask for feedback - Make sense out of conflicting opinions - Escalate when necessary

As everyone has stated, communication is key. If something goes wrong, let the stakeholders know. When things go right, let them know. Baha'a is absolutely correct. Successful collaboration is key. Having stakeholder buy-in is a fundamental aspect of ANY project. Stakeholders must feel that they are part of the project, not just the recipients of the finished product.

I would suggest providing stakeholders with a detailed rollback plan in case of an upgrade failure or issue, along with a clear timeline. This ensures that stakeholders are aware of how to revert to a functional state if things do not go as planned. Additionally, inform the stakeholders that you have backups of the devices in place, as well as spare devices ready. If the issue arises at the hardware level, share the timeline for hardware availability in case of it's not at the site ,to ensure preparedness. Finally, create a group of stakeholder representatives from each domain to perform checks after the upgrade. This approach ensures that we have both pre-assessment and post-assessment outcomes for comparison and validation.

To keep everyone satisfied during network scalability upgrades, it's important to communicate clearly. Let stakeholders know the benefits of the upgrade, such as faster performance and future growth. Set clear expectations by sharing timelines and possible disruptions. Involve them in the process by keeping them updated regularly and addressing concerns promptly.
