To find a solution, I suggest options like extending the deadline, adjusting the budget, or focusing on the most important features to stay on track. Throughout the discussion, I aim for open communication, ensuring the client feels heard while understanding any trade-offs. If necessary, I propose a phased approach to manage the changes effectively.

Desde el inicio de la relación comercial deben de quedar bien establecidos y por escrito, todo lo referente a la calidad del producto, bien, servicio o materiales involucrados en la negociación. Debe haber puntos que involucren sanciones por fallas y omisiones en la calidad. Bajo este precepto perfectamente bien establecido, no debe haber lugar o dudas, y la calidad no es negociable

Scope changes should factor in a few things: 1. Is the change efficient and what impacts are being made through the domino effect. 2. Ensure to have a project manager and business analysis capture accurate changes, which allow for change requests to be made for billing, which will help with projected forecasting of project completion. (Now the client has skin in the game) 3. Ensure any changes made, any process flows, business rules, work instructions, FAQs, call guides and QRG are updated and version control tracks it. 4. Train, train, train! The client needs to know, with change, comes train(ing)! This also helps to scope the timeline of official release.
