You will walk the journey together - Give reports to commend good work as well as highlighting those that need improvement and plan to offer individual support to those that are in need

You have to slowly unpick this by taking the time to showcase its usefulness. To explain how it helps. Maybe even explain how it works. Only then will you start making inroads with them.

There are also tools to allow for interactions such as discussion forums and messaging tools to allow for interaction with peers as well as course instructors, making the experience as near to the physical one as possible.

I find that some colleagues who are not tech savvy find it difficult to get over this hump rather than the content of the virtual course(s) themselves. They are afraid that as they take the courses, this weakness may be exposed, and they could end up being embarrassed.
