Production team facing quality control issues is not new and these are issues which make them a champion in their own field. 1) A thorough knowledge of process and design basis considered while implementation of process. This step is important as changes in design gives rise to quality issues. 2) Analysis of data: Data collection and it's analysis gives tremendous amount of detail about any process deviation in motion or being ignored intentionally. As it is rightly said "Devil lies in the data". 3) Quality of raw materials becomes the culprit as it is being ignored most and has the ability to cause the most QC issues. 4) Lastly, administrative issues. These can only be resolved by proper treatment of shop floor operators.

Acredito veementemente que antes de a??es mirabolantes nós temos muito a se fazer quanto ao bem feito na rotina de todos.
