De acuerdo a mi experiencia, para que tanto los adjudicatarios, como el adjudicatario principal se suban al tren BIM es necesario que la iniciativa venga respaldada desde el Cliente, por ejemplo: incluir dentro de las bases de licitación que el proyecto es en BIM, demostrar experiencia y permitir que se auditen modelos para conocer el nivel de madurez de la empresa. Después de la adjudicación es importante agregar en el contrato una cláusula en la que se mencione que se deben apegar a todo lo que diga el plan de Ejecución BIM. Desgraciadamente hay muchos proveedores que dicen que tienen mucho tiempo trabajando en BIM y su trabajo demuestra que solo utilizan el modelo para que se vea lindo y no como una herramienta de análisis y previsión.
