No es sano discutir o luchar por todo, cuando diriges un equipo tienes que entender que debes buscar lo mejor para el, y eso significa identificar cuales batallas si luchar, al final lo que no necesitas es que seas se?alado como el director o gerente que a todo le encuentra un problema incluso cuando tu no lo hayas generado.

Dar soluciones, este es una habilidad que tenemos que desarrollar no solo para nosotros mismos, sino para nuestros equipos, por ejemplo en este último caso, debemos hacer que ellos mismos se reten, que se empoderen, que si son gerentes entonces gerencien, clave de un director es que le des el apoyo y la confianza a tu gente de que sepa que puede proponer y que seguramente de ellos siempre vendrá la mejor solución a un problema que se les presente.
