Distribution and delegation of workload should be done very wisely among subordinates despite of it is painful for all. For this we have to figure the qualities of our subordinates and delegate the work as per their qualities so that they can excel in their work and department. Side by side the other needs can be fulfilled by them. I totally oppose the resignations of such employees who are not competent enough for the department despite of we have to transfer them some other one. Regards,
