No solo desde el punto de vista profesional, sino también desde lo humano, es relevante fortalecer los valores y reforzar un sistema de creencias positivas de nuestros aportes al mundo al final la RSC no es solo una carrera profesional, sino también una filosofía de vida, para mejorar el mundo desde nosotros mismos.

Tener visión a mediano y largo plazo puede ser una habilidad importante a nivel gerencial, no es sencillamente un skill de más en los líderes; potenciar la RSC como empresa de vez en cuando no es un tema simplemente empresarial, sino una responsabilidad de los líderes que desarrollan este tema. El impacto, el equilibrio y la responsabilidad social, deben ser los pilares de esa visión.

Muchas veces estas cualidades se desarrollan más en la adversidad, así que si podemos incorporar a nuestra esencia como poder activarlas a nuestro favor cuando queramos, no existirá dificultad u obstáculo que se nos resista, hay que confiar en nuestras capacidades y fortalecerlas de forma continua.

I know that change doesn't come easily and that it can be frustrating: it is slow and has limitations. I find that keeping things in perspective and celebrate the small victories and progress is a good way to stay engaged and inspired!

El autoconocimiento, la reflexión desde la perspectiva íntima de nuestras motivaciones por la RSC como parte de nuestra esencia, integrar un sistema de autoaprendizaje desde nuestras vivencias que a la vez nos conecte con otras personas en el sector en especial con las personas que se sienten beneficiadas por las iniciativas de RSC, para reconocer nuestros aportes positivos al cambio. Insertar formas de activación de nuestra creatividad, innovación en la solución de problemas esto sumado a la inteligencia emocional que nos permita equilibrar nuestra percepción con las realidades positivas en sustracciones, siendo consientes de nuestras virtudes y limitaciones, aceptándolas para mejorar.
