To get started, its critical to analyze the issues at hand pertaining to usability and look at options for prioritization with reference to severity of the issue in terms of Business impact and its value. Higher the business impact; faster the resolution fix time must be and vice versa. For instance, if the webpage color is not rendered correctly, then the severity may be low; however if the login box of the customer for a web application, is outside the visibility frame on the webpage then that's high severity.

Then, I see how much work it will take to fix each issue, trying to balance quick fixes with more complex problems. If we're short on time, I first tackle the high-impact, low-effort issues to make immediate improvements. Throughout the process, I stay in touch with everyone involved to ensure we're all on the same page about what needs to be done. This ensures we deal with the most critical issues effectively.
