Manage as Problem ticket. All incidents are associated with the problem ticket. This facilitates the collection of incidents and a centralized solution. Allows staff to see all issues, trouble shooting steps in one collection.

1. Stay calm. Machines aren't magic - there's a reason it's broken. Relax. Focus. 2. Consider the timeframe. When did the symptoms start? All at once points to common cause. Over time points to separate causes. 3. Start wide. Start testing whole systems. Network issues? Start pings and traceroutes. Random crashes? Check logs and resource utilization. Focus on finding the general things that are behaving abnormally first before diving into particulars 4a. Start applying fixes. Test between every fix you apply. Watch for errors, and be extra mindful of *different* errors. If anything changes, you're tugging the right thread. 4b. ... But be mindful of time. It's more invasive, but sometimes it's faster to reinstall / replace / redeploy.
