First of all we need to listen carefully and make the guardians feel safe and comfortable about the teachers interest. Secondly we need to re approach the situation again with respect and understanding of the opinions of the guardian, so we will make them trust the school. And lastly we need to give them a chance for a fair solution that makes the child to have a better future at school!
