Out of all the errors that can happen on a database the most severe is database corruption which is less frequent these days. Integrity checks is a must. These errors can be caused by hardware issues. Another must is dealing with excessive blocking and deadlocks occurring on the database...if this happening as a matter of urgency it requires immediate attention.

I absolutely agree with this one, error analysis in terms of truncation of data, data types mismatch, constraints override, index corruption, difference in databases, ETL issues, design changes etc. it's critical to completing the error analysis before moving onto any other step, so the root cause is known and other steps are driven by the root cause.

Not something you should be prioritizing in a time sensitive project!
