However, this could be a manual effort at your data teams end, depending on what tech/ tools they are using. However, today there are enough and more CDP, MMP & Self- serve tools (appsflyer, oracle etc) available that helps you create numerous 'audiences' aka cohorts without being exposed to a data breach risks, all you need to do is add the audience key or audience id on your targeted marketing campaigns.
