A few ways to have a stable work environment vary, but to list a few: One has to ensure to clarify the roles and responsibilities of each team member. This will help eliminate any conflict or misunderstanding on overlapping responsibilities or delegation. I have found that providing support to team members who are struggling with their workload or facing challenges is a great way to ensure productivity is not compromised. Also, after a milestone or achievement, there has to be a celebration, as this will foster positive reinforcement and boost the team's morale, leading to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
