Listen carefully to all client feedback to understand their needs. Explain the value and purpose of your innovative ideas clearly. Find common ground between client needs and your vision. Show examples or case studies to back up your ideas. Adapt ideas slightly if needed, without losing core innovation. Stay confident and consistent in your approach.

When clients’ feedback diverges, upholding innovative ideas with integrity means carefully evaluating each viewpoint while staying true to your vision. In a project, I used the DACI (Driver, Approver, Contributor, Informed) model to prioritize feedback & ensure clarity in decision-making. This framework helped identify areas of consensus, balancing the innovation with client expectations. By explaining the strategic value of our ideas, we found common ground without compromising on our creative direction. "Made to Stick" by Chip & Dan Heath is a great resource for presenting ideas effectively. Managing conflicting feedback is like steering a ship—you need a steady course and the courage to stay on it! ???
