En mi experiencia puedo indicar que el RCA debe ser realizado con una metodología Estándar para generar el enfoque sistemático en el momento de investigar fallas. Es importante formar el equipo de quienes realizan el análisis, pero al mismo tiempo es importante utilizar una metodología estándar, que garantiza que el proceso de análisis sea consistente y así todas las posibles causas sean consideradas y evaluadas de manera adecuada. Esto es especialmente importante en organizaciones grandes o con múltiples equipos de trabajo.

Debo destacar que implementar soluciones post-ACR, implica seguir pasos estructurados para asegurar que no solo se aborden los problemas inmediatos, sino que también se contribuyan a mejoras de calidad a largo plazo. Dentro de los pasos estructurados se debe considerar el desarrollo de Soluciones correctivas y soluciones preventivas, planificar la implementación de las soluciones, asignar responsabilidades con plazos, desarrollar procedimientos (de ser necesario), capacitar al personal, monitorear y verificar. la implementación efectiva de soluciones post-ACR requiere la colaboración de toda la organización.

Urgent issues necessitate swift action. However, I prioritize actions based on their impact on long-term quality. For example, if a critical component is faulty, we might need to expedite a temporary solution while paralleling efforts to identify a permanent, high-quality supplier. This two-pronged approach ensures immediate damage control while setting the stage for lasting improvements. This aligns with ISO 9001:2015's focus on risk-based thinking.

Take action according to the effect and importance of the action. Make sure that the solutions are sustainable, and comply with quality standards in the long run.
