This means me determine tasks that are very crucial and time sensitize. Next is to break down this tasks into bits. This helps to ensure the overwhelming tasks are broken down into smaller manageable steps. After which I create a to do list and prioritize them into urgent and important. Then I delegate the not so urgent but important tasks to my team.
