At times we are faced with serving a client who is upset with the product or service .In my opinion it's not him you have to handle, it's you yourself who is the most difficult person to handle .His every act or words can challenge your ego and influence your mind and in turn your actions.Take a deep breath , compose yourself , detach your self from the emotions which might be going inside you which can make you reactive.Instead focus on what might have gone wrong with him which had made him upset.Calm him down .Make him feel at ease .Your actions should give him a feeling of trust that you believe him , you are interested to understand. Gradually he would calm down and would be on position to be receptive to your solutions .
