If the change isn’t critical, I might proceed with the launch and schedule the change for a follow-up release. However, if it is critical, I would consult the tech team to understand how long it would take to implement the changes. If it’s a quick fix, we proceed. If not, I would communicate the situation to the stakeholders, discussing the potential impact and next steps. In cases where I’m working on multiple touchpoints and only one is affected by the change, I would hold that specific touchpoint back and move forward with the launch of the others.
