Is important to request a clear feedback, so specific actions can be taken in order to fullfill the feedback requirements. - What causes the event that motivates the feedback? - How does the event happen? (Specific step by step procedure to reply the event that motivated the feedback) - When does the event happen? - Where does the event happen? - Why does the event happen? If the feedback report is well documented, is better for the team.

The most important part of resolving conflicting feedback is judging each side for feasibility and alignment with the vision, and sometimes that involves finding the pain points of both. This can be a complex process that breaks each side down into individual components, and then working out if there is a third option that tweaks or combines both ideas into a perfect middle ground, or whether priorities elsewhere need to be shifted to produce the best result for the players.

After feedback is received, every feedback event should be organized, classified and added to stats, as is possible that many feedback reports refer to the same event. I use a model similar to the medical triage to classify feedbacks. 1. Life/Performance threatening feedback reports: I include there the critical bugs that may compromise the game execution, compatibility or performance. 2. General feedback reports: These are reports that contain useful elements that can be included in future patches or game versions that enrich the game experience and add value to the game. 3. Not useful feedback: No matter this feedback is considered not useful, is classified and stored as well. 4. Trash: Toxic and spam feedback.
