First make client understand technical limitations. Some things are outright not practical. Second try to clarify client's goal. Some of client expectations/requirements could be not critical and could be discarded in favor of main goals. Remind client that last 10% of improvements often consume 90% of resources/cost And last, AR is both interface and visualization tool, they are not always the same. AR as visualization is less about interactions with environment, and AR as interface is more. Make client to set specific priorities for each

I understand the limitations but each client should and must have their own standards and expectations. So in order to improve the results I am trying to meet them at least halfway thinking out of the box and understanding their true needs changing my convenient pipeline. For example of course is nice to have real time shadows and lights but if the client has a high end clean aisthetic product line I will sacrifice real time lighting to prebaked shadows and algorithms to position them into space. If we only consider with what kind of technology people went to the moon we sure can find a couple of solutions to overcome AR difficulties, dont you agree?

Sit with the client to access what's the core objective it with this app and what would be the success metrics for them . Basis the two clearly define the SOW and what shud the client expect . If there are any value adds suggest it to the client and also sometime you need to educate the client in a manner they understand about what is achievable and what should be aim at . Your clear Communication and expectations setting is the key here .

The key is to understand the client requirements and own scope properly and make a balance between two. If needed educate the client on the better approach

AR is going to run on the Mobile Platform. So seeing the limitation is a must. Special recognition and some features were not supported in old devices. So we need to be eyed on target devices that's the limitation of application.

Assets play an important role because we are going to use AR in the Mobile platform that only has limited storage and is also able to push small graphics compared to PC graphics. so we need to be an eye on Assets and its import options on Mobile Platform. Also doing the structurally designed system from coding to design of the system highly improves the frame rate and gives the smooth user experience

A great AR project should be well supported in many areas. First the internet must be stable and fast enough to make it a smooth experience. Next the project should greatly enhance the experience if it was something previously only available in 2d. A great example is creating art or architecture and using AR to see what it looks like in a real space. If the experience is so much better than 2d or can not be done in 2d then adoption would definitely be more successful. Another great example is how surgeons use AR to prepare for a procedure such as a surgery using real patient imagery.
