The first thing that I say is that you meet the customer where they are. if they prefer method is email, let’s start the communication via email. This is called mirroring, it is copying the communication style preferred by the customer. The next thing we need to focus on is the level of personalization, addressing specific needs and being very prescriptive. If the customer prepares email and engage each interaction needs to be extremely valuable. Finally, the call to action needs to be extremely important. Every effort should be made to move the conversation to in person or video or phone call. This approach will save the customer a significant amount of time. To successfully adapt the follow-up strategy, emails should be short, precise and informative in order to keep the prospect's attention. Observe when the prospect reads your emails and how long it takes them to respond in order to find the optimal time for the next message. If necessary, use personalised email templates to ensure consistency and speed up the process. Be sure to communicate regularly without being intrusive to maintain interest. Tailor the content of each email to the prospect's progress to provide relevant information.
