- Treat it as if you're seeking customers for a new tool you made yourself. You understand the value the tool provides, however, others do not. Show how this tool can empower users rather than being another tool they have to learn. - If applicable, set up an internal communication channel via Slack/Teams. This will be the hub. Offer Support, 1:1s, updates, etc. - Generate excitement by participating in demos, showing off relevant features and visualizations around general metrics and KPIs. - Collaborate with Product Owners and Team Leads for buy in and to generate a list of users that you can invite to large onboardings. Create small break out groups to provide related training. - Identify the power users and ask them to become advocates.

I would open the sandbox and encourage people to experiment. Analytics is intimidating to a lot of people because it looks complicated and feels inaccessible. I would also teach people to write queries correctly by using incremental structure and experience learning.

Learning new analytics tools can feel overwhelming at first, but I’ve found that just diving in and testing things out makes a big difference. In my former company, we used a software called OWS, and at first, everyone was hesitant. But once we started asking questions and sharing tips, it got easier. Regular check-ins and training sessions helped a lot.
