Okay we're going to say That we have the video of a podcast (30 mins) and the camera person forget to turn the microphone on. Which leads to #PROBLEMSOLVING Find out EVERY PIECE of video & audio we have. We have the audio on Pro Tools or FL Studio 21, which are my go to DAWs at the moment. And my Assistant recorded 10 minutes on her iPhone. Do NOT LET HER LEAVE without getting that video! +Phone Rings, Video Editor backs out last minute!???? I guess I'm going to Put my Editing Hat back on tonight! We have no time to try out a new employee, so, the Founder of The Network / Exec Producer / Host of the Show, is going to get ANOTHER CHECK! This one is for editing, be sure to film content showing how you got through these business difficulties.

If you’re looking to just record voice and then cut it and send it out the door, nothing wrong with using Audacity - the price is right too. I always record with it as my backup. Otherwise use something like Adobe Audition for more complex projects.

It’s not the gear, it’s the ear. Yes, you should be using the best quality programs you can afford but you also need someone with great ears and a way to bring that aural style to life. Lots of people are capable of making ‘good sound’, you want someone who makes great sound.

We usually pay the videographer to edit the Show as well, but he won't make it, as seen in my take on the first scene. We don't have enough time to trust and no employee with this test, so it's up to me the founder, director, executive producer, host of the show so also edit tonight. Now we usually pay $500 let's say to get the video and audio edited as well as filmed. We paid to get a filmed, that person won't be able to edit so what should I pay myself out of the LLC money? Should I pay myself? This will take about 8 hours of work tonight and I've been working for 12 hours so far today. So, I will take the other half, owed to the videographer for filming, which is $250, in return for editing the podcast. PUT IT IN ?? FOR THE BOOKS !

Personally, I always try to use a software that can support audio and video at the same time. With recent updates on most used softwares, it's easily possible to stick with one software for all progressing. Try Davinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro
