To set common goal and positive Environment, make sure everyone knows their project target. Encourage people to share ideas and Listen to each other. I think this is the way every team can work together and complet project successfully.

My most effective way to successfully lead teams with internal conflicts is to openly reflect the team targets and create room for discussion. In this discussion each member must get time to tell his story. In my experience this often leads to a common understanding for each individual goal and it helps to create realistic targets to which all members can really commit.
