The first need is to identify all potential risk that will impact the Organization Then the key is the ability to assess the impact or implication of the risk to the organization and then understanding the risk appetite of the organization. Basis these one should rank the risk from critical to low, under different categories. The critical ones will need immediate attention without waiting. Then comes the High rating which also needs to be acted upon on short time period. Rest can be planned out for resolution in phased manner
