Sometimes we cannot see some factors on these "difficult persons" 1. People with a lot of responsibilities tempt to stress easily, maybe analyze how can we delegate the work to experience people. 2. There are no winners or losers in these kind of challenges. -Always assume the best intentions. -Set your mind to understand the other side. - Convey your feelings and thoughts respectfully without pointing fingers at who’s fault it is - Remember your own shortcomings and play a scenario in your mind that this could have been you on the other side - Don’t defend yourself in the conversation, even when tempted to do so -plan for multiple conversations. In conflict there is mostly a trust issue. And developing trust takes time. -you don’t have to answer the accusations. But confirm that you are listening and taking that matter into consideration

Individuals, who know you well and have your best interests at heart, can offer insights into whether your reactions are influenced by personal sensitivities or if there are aspects of your behavior that might inadvertently contribute to tensions. I often discuss behavioral scenarios and uncertainties with my wife. She has a knack for understanding people and situations more accurately and provides invaluable perspectives, support and guidance.
