With such a variety of digital learning platforms, most include or should incorporate interactive elements such as videos, gamified quizzes, case studies and discussion forums to enhance the learning experience. Anything that keeps learners motivated and engaged throughout, must be encouraged. Digital learning should be more accessible and inclusive in comparison to a traditional classroom environment. It allows individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those with learning needs or indeed distance learners through their circumstances, to access educational opportunities.

@Chantelle, I'd also like to see our learning ecosystem partners find a way for us to include digital and audiobooks as part of our tools available to our learners within the ecosystem. I love adding books to our leadership development cohort curriculums and would like to be able to have the materials there just like I would a link to a podcast episode or thought leadership article.

Post Covid era, any digital material that allows an individual to learn a new skill or something new is conceived as Digital Learning Tool. It can be a YouTube Video, a podcast, a webinar, an audio book, a game played on computer/console.

It is important to have a process of self knowledge of how you learn, what you want to learn and what for. Nowadays you can learn anything from anyone everywhere having digital tools and the internet as the mean of learning. But How you want to do it, by watching videos, listening podcasts, writing in blogs ormaybe making videos yourself with hands on. Many times and many people are tired of learning in the structure ways of curriculum and topics and not having real practice and hands on, for example languages or music or cooking. So to sum up, very important is to know yourself or look for a mentor that help you and coach you toknow yourself and the most productive way to learn in the digital era of learning. This has reduced the added cost for organizations in creating special enablement events and loss of work hours due to such events. Learners also have a choice to pause and continue their learning as and when they want, reducing the associated stress that a learner may feel. El aprendizaje adaptativo, el microlearning o la realidad aumentada son ya métodos que deberían estar a la orden del día. Las tendencias en el aprendizaje digital están ahora centradas en la aplicación de inteligencia artificial en sistemas LMS, para facilitar la tarea de los formadores y alumnos.

It’s easier for folks to digest and remember that way. 3. Make It Interactive: Throw in quizzes, simulations, or discussions to keep things lively. It helps keep everyone’s attention and makes learning more fun. These are just a few tips that can guarantee successful learning.

Desde mi experiencia, una de las cosas que nunca hay que olvidar en el aprendizaje digital, es que del otro lado del dispositivo o medio que se utilice hay un ser humano. Crear, dise?ar, desarrollar e implementar con una visión más humana, siempre será un factor clave para el éxito. El acompa?amiento que se le brinde al usuario permitirá un avance significativo, sentir que alguien cree en él, posibilitará su propio impulso. La tecnología ha traído consigo grandes beneficios, pero también ha influido en la “deshumanización”, en los procesos formativos tradicionales teníamos la posibilidad de acercarnos a los usuarios, la digitalización muchas veces lo impide, pero encontremos la forma de no hacer sentir solo.
