Em termos de videos institucionais, o mais interessante é que ele seja atraente e motivador. Infelizmente, o conteúdo fica em segundo plano porque divertir o aluno parece ser a orienta??o de maior peso. Por isso, proponho que nos videos institucionais se dê menos valor ao visual e mais ao conteúdo. Entendo que forma e conteúdo andam juntos, mas a forma é o mais elementar dos conteúdos. Ela n?o pode brigar com eles. Precisam se somar. E aprender n?o é sempre agradável. Muitas vezes é necessário esfor?o e desconforto. Ninguém aprende significativamente se n?o está incomodado pela sua própria ignorancia. Portanto os videos institucionais n?o precisam aliviar o conteúdo, mas contribuir para adensá-lo.

To make educational videos look professional , one needs to have content that is engaging as well having clarity especially if students are engaged in self paced learning. Visuals need to be clear and self explanatory, editing of the material should be well taken care of.Materials should be accessible with very easy steps that everyone can access.

2 Choose a good camera

3 Set up the lighting

Lighting is another key factor that affects the appearance of your video. Poor lighting can make your video look dark, blurry, or washed out. You want to have enough light to illuminate your face and your background, but not too much that it creates glare or shadows. You can use natural light from a window, artificial light from lamps or LED panels, or a combination of both. The best practice is to have the light source in front of you or slightly to the side, and avoid having it behind you or above you.

However, we found it challenging to memorize the entire script. To address this, we opted to keep our laptop open in front of the camera, allowing us to refer to the script if necessary. However, we had to be cautious with our eye movements to maintain a natural flow and engagement with the audience. Additionally, ensuring proper grammar in our scripts and presentations was crucial for effective communication and professionalism.

Educational videos are professional when the sound is clear and balanced, the video quality is clean and stable, the scene is well lit, and that the total message is clear and informs the viewer precisely the information they came to what. People should not focus too much on the technical details, such as cameras, shooting angles, lens or things like which background music to have. Instead, lose the fluff and focus greatly on the audience and the messaging and to plan the production ahead of time.
