The skill of setting an intention (who do you want to meet, why, how you can add value to their work,etc) of focused relationship building before you get to the conference. View their LinkedIn profile. View for mutual and interesting connections. Google and YouTube them to see them and hear what's important to them. Focus equally on being interested and interesting. If you're an introvert like me, determine the number of connections you'd like to make, and once you make them, head out. It's the start of a connection that might lead to a relationship. Lastly, the skill of having fun.

Una de las principales distracciones actuales en una conferencia es la consulta del móvil. Si no es un elemento imprescindible porque haya alguna interacción digital, lo podemos poner en modo avión. Si lo hacemos en un vuelo, porque no en una conferencia?

L'écoute active demande une attention pleine et entière. Le contexte dois donc s'y prêter car la moindre source de distraction peut être nuisible. Un échange individuel est idéal mais, si ce n'est pas possible, il est important de s'éloigner des distractions et des sources de bruits parasites.
