We just cant change the requested input mid way of the production process. The clients request must be analyzed properly and they should be given a proper image of what should the final out be like.

I've seen external animators providing suggestions at a later stage in the project that are too difficult or impossible to accept while sticking to the deadline. Defining the roles clearly and letting them know of the expectations beforehand should be the way to go. Non-negotiable details should be conveyed at the beginning.

I like to work in parallel. That's why I don't share the time slot. Maximum 30 minutes per slot. Because I don't have deep concentration on the same task for more than 20-30 minutes. But if I alternate between tasks, it seems that I can concentrate the whole time.
