Why is this even a question? Is it really that mysterious? All my coaching conversations are confidential—but one-way confidential. (Unlike our consulting contracts, which are always mutually confidential.) My clients are free to talk about any of it, with anyone. I will not disclose anything (including the existence of the coaching relationship) to anyone. Clear and simple. In the rare cases there a handshake is not sufficient, we'll sign a document.
