Completely agree with this. However, it’s one thing to have a good platform and another to have a sound digital strategy to back it up. This is especially true of employee comms and DEX platform where the purpose is building employee engagement. Secondly, there’s a lot of very tools that you can use, but what I often see is that employees don’t like spending a lot of time jumping between different tools. One of the best things you can do for this is adopt an intranet that acts as a digital front door for your tools.

We must assess and consensus build. Collaboration can only be done in that way. Corporate real estate is the true framework for the art (the workforce) to be placed in. Gain feedback. Discuss workplace solutions openly. Define the challenges the organisation has in uniting its workforce. The investment has already been made into the facility more must be done to make the return better on it. #amz
