If you stick to a generic stack, you spend a little extra time in development but have a lot of in-depth knowledge and reusable code at your disposal. If you choose a specialized framework for every project requirement, you might save a bit of development time but you'll spend a lot more time in learning your way around that framework. That being said, I'd say React as your daily driver and learn a framework that supports SSR like next or remix.
