Second, the Process Engineering/ Core team must know how the particular function will transform during Manufacturing process/ over the period of time (i.e, less function, Over function, Intermediate function, No function or degraded function) accordingly tool design to be made. Most important factor is cost effectiveness Last point is that tool output data accuracy and Realiablity
