Thus, we must work as coordinated as possible, in the same direction, and being aware of the responsibility that it entails for everyone.

By comparing options based on cost, time, efficacy, and sustainability, you may pick the best ones. To guarantee the solution meets their needs, multiple stakeholders must be involved and their viewpoints and preferences considered. Effective solution generation requires proactive, imaginative problem-solving that considers all important elements for optimal results.

We should have already identified the possible solutions previously, so once they arise, we must quickly verify whether they respond to one of the potential problems that we had initially identified or if they are something new. If it corresponds to something that we had already foreseen could occur, we must execute the plan we had planned. If the problem is new, we must correctly identify it and prepare a comprehensive plan to provide a safe response, from all points of view.

Implementation brings your answers to life at the end of the problem-solving process. Planning and implementing the strategy needs meticulous preparation, organization, and stakeholder cooperation. Successful implementation requires clear roles and duties, resource allocation, realistic schedules and milestones, and communication routes.
