You need to assign one or two people who can do basic troubleshooting and have them report ineffective troubleshooting to a district manager or a team lead. As a senior IT tech, It was easier on me to get reports from 4 area supervisors versus 20 store managers/assistant managers or 60+ shift managers. Having a ticketing system to fit your need and scalability is very important too and allows you to triage minor inconveniences versus issues that caused loss of revenue, product waste, etc...

I love to see improve delivery and best practices. In that realm, setting a "SMART" aimed strategic approach is essential. I question "growth" as an "aim". I feel "growth" is the result of selecting and acting on the right targets. Where growth is the goal, it's probably not the right aim! Refine what success looks like. Prioritize outcomes that truly solve problems, drive value, revenue, & capabilities. Instead of aiming for growth, prioritize: What are we doing, for whom? Why do they need it? What is success? What problems must be solved? What solutions delivered? Growth is an outcome of selecting targets that matter, and solving problems deliver. Set tactical steps specific stakeholder enablement & value recognition.
