In our daily routine, provide the downtime report is a must and it works well when there is technical issue happen. Second thing is if its involving the customer, we need to prepare proper and legal letter or statement letter that can be used to anticipate this situation. Beside all of that, we need to always have minimal 2 or 3 alternative plan to be ready in our daily task

Ensure to remain calm and asses the situation. Look for viable back up strategy and keep team apprised of situations. Seek group advice and determine work arounds to maintain productivity.
