Set the to-do list for the next week accordingly for each day and try to meet the aim as much as possible for that day- this will help keep a track of your progress and also will help you meet your work deadlines.

Too much attention from Higher Leadership could lead to redundant work and Deliverables set by them at Times. The Goal should be to quickly come out of too much attention from Leaders while handling chaos and Streamlining the Process !

It takes time for a team to norm and form on what works for them. If leading a team, expect everything from immediate adoption to resistance. Furthermore, expect to mentor/coach individuals and the team for a while until the workflow can be practiced by everyone
