Ahí sí, tendremos la línea de base para evaluar a cada uno, de acuerdo a lo que se espera de él en su rol, y determinar dónde están las brechas. Una vez determinadas, revisar si las brechas son superables con un esfuerzo e inversión razonable por parte de la organización, y sí es así, trazar el plan de cierre. Claramente, lo que no se puede dejar por fuera es evaluar qué tan motivadas y enganchadas se sienten las personas para trabajar en el cierre. Si no hay interés, es mejor dejarlos ir. En caso contrario, dise?ar un muy buen plan, y adelante!
