I always like to have one on one meetings with the employees. I like to hear their insights on where we can improve as a company. Also, I am happy to give some extra free time if is needed. Team building activities also help everyone to stay motivated. Acknowledging in private and also in public their achievements help a lot. Make them feel part of a team.
