I have found that most people have challenges managing feelings & emotions. Feelings are emotional intelligent feedback we are responsible for. Active listening skills regulate our own feeling tones. So we respond to challenging situations. An intelligent way to express our emotions is to cultivate a communication style that allows win, win outcomes for all expressions of our emotions to everyone on our team. When I speak my team wins. We must learn to respond instead of react. Reacting is hinting for us to become aware of the energy behind our emotional expression towards ourselves, team mates, friends, family, the partners in our daily life. Heart Focused Breathing is a coherent way to regulate and manage our feelings and emotions.
