Es muy importante contar con una capacitación constante del personal involucrado para poder aumentar el standard de trabajo. Ich empfinde es als nicht hilfreich, ein Projektteam mit nicht realistischen oder überambitionierten Zielen zu pushen. Vielmehr gehe ich zu Beginn des Projektes, aber auch im Projektverlauf wiederholt in den Dialog mit den Teams, welche Meilensteine und Zeitschienen realistisch erreichbar erscheinen und welche Unterstützungen meinerseits dafür gegebenfalls n?tig n?tig sind. Mit dem gemeinsamen Commitment auf Ziel und Zeitschienen erzielt man eine h?here Zieltreue und auch Zufriedenheit im Projektteam.
