I would simply say that the answer is in the question. “Conflicting work styles”. There is never an agreement on that and for a healthy organization the conflict is needed. As every individual should be able to express their expertise and share their thoughts. At this point it is the true responsibility of the manager to Channelize those, so known conflicts into a solution for the best of the organization and need to be skilled. Example - Employee A. Thinks calling clients is more effective than emailing clients, which conflicts with Employee B. Who believes Emailing is better. (Simply because of their characters). Now the Manager should not consider the employees but should review the list of clients to make the decision.

To address this issue we need to understand what the main reason for conflict among the team is . As working style conflict often happens when the team is not aligned so we need to understand the root cause first by individual interaction with each team member and the try to maintain the balance after the conclusion of the issue

Making team understand and embrace each one is important. Sensitising them towards not judging rather helping eachother and enjoy the fun of working together. However I'd some members working style is not matching with the pace then it's important to help everyone understand the consequences of losing on time or losing on the project. How our planning and organising information help aligning eachother action as per the collective and organisational goals. Helping everyone to understand that everyone is contributing and each one is important .
